We all know that unattractive, cottage cheese look of skin that is called cellulite. Ninety percent of women have cellulite on different parts of their bodies. Cellulite affects men as well, causing the skin to look unattractive and hurting their self-confidence.

  • Diet can help you lose weight – Losing weight will not cure your cellulite, but it can make your cellulite less pronounced. Thus, diets can help you “hide” cellulite, but not get rid of it.
  • Diet can help you slow down the appearance of cellulite – Your diet may not help getting rid of cellulite, but it can slow down the building of fat under your skin.
  • Drinking more water can help your skin look better – Drinking more water helps your body wash out the toxins, making your skin brighter and healthier.

There are many diets that promise you to cure the cellulite. The truth is that diets can help with the battle, but cannot guarantee the results on their own.

The best way to get rig of cellulite is the combination of several methods. Try the following to keep your body healthy, get rid of cellulite, and prevent its appearance in the future:

  • Keep a healthy diet.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Consider plastic surgery.

Plastic surgery is the only guaranteed method of getting rid of cellulite, but it is much more effective in the combination with the right diet and exercise.

Diet alone can’t help you in the battle with cellulite, but can be one of the greatest allies.
